Our most distinctive education specialism is summer holiday facade remediation: we have completed multiple school facade and cladding replacement projects within the six-week summer window – where the building must be ready for pupils returning in September – and we have never missed that deadline.

Delivering within a tight window requires a level of programme discipline that goes beyond typical construction management – materials must be procured and fabricated in advance, labour must be confirmed and committed and the sequence must be planned to the day before a single scaffold goes up.

We work closely with schools, local authorities and main contractors to plan summer remediation projects early, building in the lead times and contingencies that a non-negotiable handover date demands.
