Our in-house fabrication capability means we can cut, assemble and glaze aluminium window units at our own premises before they reach site – including the development of pre-glazed, pre-weatherproofed window units that can be transported complete and installed rapidly, compressing programmes significantly.
On a buy-to-rent development in Leeds, this pre-glazed unit approach allowed a 36-week programme to begin three months early and reach 71% completion well ahead of schedule – a method the main contractor described as unprecedented.

Safety and quality
We also carry out window replacement and refurbishment on existing buildings, including extensive work within the NHS estate and post-Grenfell remediation programmes where non-compliant windows require upgrading or like-for-like replacement.
Our scope includes steel doors alongside our window capability, allowing us to take single-point responsibility for the complete opening – a combination that is not always widely known but which simplifies procurement and accountability on schemes where openings form a significant part of the envelope.
