Our liquid-applied roofing projects have included those on occupied or operationally sensitive sites – where programme certainty and minimal disruption are as important as the technical quality of the finished installation.

Our liquid-applied roofing capability was demonstrated at HMP The Mount, where we installed a 7,500 square metre liquid-applied roof for Tilbury Douglas – a system new to our portfolio, delivered to programme and specification on a challenging live operational site.

Every project begins with a detailed survey and specification process, selecting the right system for the substrate, exposure conditions and required guarantee period – and producing the documentation that warranty providers and building control require.

We manage the full process in-house from initial survey through to application, detailing and inspection – giving clients a single point of accountability and a clear evidence trail from start to finish.

Constructionline Platinum accreditation and HKL’s group safety systems apply to every project we deliver, and our track record on complex occupied sites demonstrates that programme certainty and quality are not traded against each other.
