Small-scale facade
We work across the full range of small-scale facade systems, from cassette and plank cladding to composite panels and render, managing each package from design co-ordination through to installation and sign-off.
We do not take on residential work, which means our focus is entirely on the commercial, public sector and education schemes where our experience is most directly relevant and where the standards of workmanship we apply make the most difference.
If you are a main contractor or developer with a facade package that falls below the threshold of the major specialists but above the capability of a general contractor, HKL Special Projects was specifically set up to fill that gap.

Every package is led by an experienced team with deep knowledge of facade systems and building envelope performance – the same level of expertise typically found on much larger contracts, applied to schemes where that input is often hardest to find.
