The new Restaurant Quarter of the High Chelmer Shopping Centre at Chelmsford includes an array of façade systems as part of the complete renewal of the building facades by HKL. Turning an old 1960’s framed building into a modern day, bright and multi-elemental façade was a huge challenge for HKL.
