deakins place
A £3,500,000 project from July 2021 to September 2022, designing and installing SFS, windows, doors, and curtain walling for a 720-bedroom student accommodation in Nottingham. The project faced logistical challenges but resulted in an impressive final outcome.
hibernia house
A £200,000 project from January to May 2022. We designed, fabricated, and installed various materials, including curtain walling and cladding, for complex rooftop dormers, overcoming challenges with panel weight and support structure.
DHL
A £1,750,000 project from April 2016 to February 2017, involving design, fabrication, and installation of various building materials for DHL West Cargo Centre at EMA, finishing without disputes.
corner stone
A £225,000 project from October 2016 to February 2017, delivering the design, fabrication, and installation of curtain walling, automated doors, and sliding doors for the Square Chapel Arts Centre extension in Halifax. The project required close coordination with a glass artist to integrate striking artwork into the façade, creating an impressive finished installation.
6 east parade
A £550,000 project from November 2015 to May 2016, delivering the design, fabrication, and installation of a full façade replacement for a prestigious building in the heart of Leeds. The works included terracotta cladding, curtain walling, aluminium cladding, and engineered glass fins, creating a striking and revitalised building façade.
North Bentham School
A £250,000 project from May 2014 to December 2014, delivering the design, fabrication, and installation of curtain walling, windows, doors, and corridor rooflights for a new school near Lancaster. The large-scale doors and rooflights created a bright, spacious learning environment with enhanced natural light throughout the building.
high chelmer
A £1,250,000 project from November 2015 to May 2016, delivering the design, fabrication, installation, and remodelling of multiple façade systems for the Restaurant Quarter at High Chelmer Shopping Centre in Chelmsford. The works transformed a 1960s building into a modern, bright façade using curtain walling, terracotta, aluminium cladding, and glass canopies.
houses of parliament
A £500,000 project from November 2014 to July 2016, delivering the design, fabrication, and installation of terracotta baguettes, cladding systems, and entrance doors for the New Education Centre at the Houses of Parliament. The project formed part of the first new building on the estate in over 500 years and received strong praise for the quality of its finishes.
kings college, london
An £800,000 project from January to July 2018, delivering the design, fabrication, and installation of a complete building envelope for the Courtyard Pavilion at King’s College London. The works included glazed systems, standing seam cladding, fire-rated glass, and large rooflights, requiring precise design and installation to achieve a high-quality finish.
